The teachers are amazing — they pay attention, correct your form, and keep you motivated without overdoing it.

I have been coming to Pilates with Kenali as a regular customer for over 2 months, the group class was so worth it,  - it pushed me out of my comfort zone and was very fun for me at the same time. I was intimidated to try Pilates, but Kenali made me feel comfortable immediately. She is very positive, kind, and excellent at tailoring exercises to my level. After just two months, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my overall health .This reformer classes with ems sessions provided a full-body workout that left my abs shaking in the best way.Also Dipti ma’am is incredibly knowledgeable about muscular anatomy and explains how to activate the right muscles both instructors are highly skilled.
